Continuing to grow the Light Agent community is a key priority. By developing a wide and deep network of Light Agents, LOC’s mission is better supported for maximum impact.
In addition to a core staff team, LOC leverages a community of Light Agents to deliver services that enable individuals, organizations, and communities to operate in their best light, reach their full potential, and shine bright. Light Agents represent a variety of backgrounds and demonstrate a spectrum of skills, talents, and experience.
Light Agents are driven by a shared passion for LOC’s vision and mission. They are held accountable through Partnership Principles, which serve as a guide for service and delivery. These principles are representative of the organization’s values, which include compassion, collaboration, dedication, diversity, inclusion, and impact.
