Apri Kates Ellison is CEO and Founder of The Lights On Collective. April has a long history in association and public service management. She brings over 25 years of experience to consulting, coaching and development and believes capacity, capabilities and courage building is central to helping others operate in their best light. In her last association management position April served as a C-Suite executive and led a team of 55 across multiple service lines. As a servant leader at heart, April believes that her experience and expertise has culminated in a divine opportunity to extend her service to support individuals, organizations and communities across the country.
Shaun is COO and Co-Founder of The Lights On Collective.
Shaun is an investor, as well as a business and social entrepreneur with a certification in both nonprofit and for-profit business ownership. Shaun’s’ experience across both the private and public sectors strategically positions him in his role as Chief Operating Officer. Both his learned and earned experience are central to leadership decisions across internal day-to-day operations, as well as external business development strategy. From both a personal and professional perspective, Shaun is a strong advocate for progressive action and positive transformation. He believes now is the time to forge a path forward to enable individuals, organizations and communities to realize their full potential.
